All such personal data are transferred, based on your explicit consent, to our domestic supplier company providing services for the use of cookies and the analysis of personal data collected through cookies, as well as to third-party companies located abroad that provide third-party cookies as described above.

The personal data processed for the purposes of conducting the above-mentioned activities in compliance with applicable legislation, providing information to legally authorized institutions and organizations, managing legal affairs, and exercising our right to defense when necessary are processed based on the legal grounds of “explicit provision by laws,” “fulfillment of our legal obligations,” and “establishment, exercise, or protection of a right,” and are transferred to the aforementioned persons and entities.
